Erik comes to TruNorth with over 30 years of executive coaching and leadership experience and is as comfortable learning from folks on the warehouse floor as he is challenging strategy in the boardroom. Seeking to understand people first, Erik then formulates plans, processes, and strategies that are realistic and can be executed without ambiguity or confusion.
With a focus on strategic thinking and planning, leadership development, succession planning, and culture transformation, Erik brings effectiveness and purpose to the TruNorth team. He most enjoys drawing out the towering strengths in individuals and their organizations. Erik’s joy stems from helping a leadership team reach clarity on priorities and begin to feel the power of focus.
